Not happy with your ordered products?
The entrepreneur will reimburse all payments made by the consumer, including any delivery costs charged by the entrepreneur for the returned product, without delay but within 14 days following the day on which the consumer notifies him of the withdrawal. Unless the entrepreneur offers to collect the product himself, he may wait with reimbursement until he has received the product or until the consumer demonstrates that he has returned the product, whichever is the earlier. The entrepreneur uses the same payment method that the consumer used for reimbursement, unless the consumer agrees to a different method. The refund is free of charge for the consumer.
(legislation June 2014) After notification to Top Leisure Products, the product must be in the possession of Top Leisure Products within 14 days. If the product has arrived in our possession undamaged, we will make the refund to you within 14 days.
You will then be credited/transferred the full order amount including any calculated shipping costs. Only the costs of returning via Post.NL (€ 6.95 within the Netherlands up to 10 kg) from your home to Top Leisure Products are at YOUR own expense. Although you do not have to indicate the reason for the return, we can very well imagine that this does not give you a good feeling. Ultimately, you ordered the ordered products for a reason and you are disappointed with certain details and/or sizes. We hope that you will share this with us and we can often help you make a better choice, which will then leave you satisfied. We therefore do not see selling as a one-sided interest on our part, but rather as helping you with your purchasing to arrive at a very satisfied choice.
If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product must be returned to us with all accessories supplied and - if reasonably possible - in the original packaging and of course unused and undamaged. To exercise this right, you can print, complete and send our form with the returned items.
When returning, there is a simple principle that you should take into account: Top Leisure Products must be able to place the returned product back on the sales rack, this is in the same condition in which you received the product and/or would like to receive it yourself. .
