We have obtained the above personal data from you or from public registers, such as the trade register of the Chamber of Commerce or other open sources.

Online store
If you buy something in our webshop, we store data to enable payment and to send the products to you. Due to our administration obligation, we keep this data for 8 years. In addition, we also store the order details to answer questions about the order or the conformity of products and to check whether you were the purchasing party. We also process your name and email address to be able to contact you, for example about your order or if you have questions. This also makes it easier for you to place an order with us again.
If you have purchased something in the webshop, we process the data necessary for the execution of that agreement, such as being able to ship the products and creating an invoice. Payments made via Mollie (our payment provider) do not see your bank number. We would also like to see which account this comes from and who the account holder is. We keep quotes, invoices and payment details for 8 years.
Buy outside the webshop
Sometimes we are at fairs and events and you can also buy our beautiful products there. We then need your email address to send the invoice to you and we will of course receive your payment details. We keep the invoice and payment details for 8 years.
Newsletter (not currently applicable = in draft)
We would like to send you a newsletter because you are a customer of ours or because you have registered for it. We therefore process your name and email address in order to send you information and news. We offer the option to unsubscribe under every newsletter. We keep your data for this purpose until you unsubscribe.
